In the courtroom, survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV) often face more than just their abuser – they face unfair skepticism and harmful myths about abuse. The Archway’s Expert Witness Guild is here to ensure that doesn’t happen.
The guild provides court-qualified experts to offer testimony in felony-level IPV cases in Tarrant County and beyond. Our experts don’t advocate for one side or the other – they are here to educate the court on the complexities of abuse.
