Each year, the Tarrant County Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) Adult Fatality Review Team examines local IPV-related homicides to identify what could have been done differently and what must change. Since 2019, the team’s findings have been published each October in an annual fatality review report.
See ReportLed by the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office and The Archway, the team includes professionals from across the justice system, healthcare, advocacy, and social services. By reviewing these tragic cases, they uncover gaps in policies, services, and community response – working together to create solutions that could save lives in the future.
